Asking for an introduction
Use our postcode form. It takes about 30 seconds. We'll try to introduce you to one local OZEV-approved installer covering your postcode; your confirmation email names the installer we pass your details to. We're still building our list of Cornish installers, so we may not have one for your area yet; if not, we'll say so.

OZEV grant questions
Not sure whether you're eligible for the OZEV grant (up to £500)? Our OZEV grant page covers the current schemes (renters and flat owners, residential landlords, Workplace Charging Scheme) in plain English, and the grant checklist walks you through it.
Typical timescales
- Email enquiries: usually within a couple of days
- Survey to install, once you've chosen an installer: typically 1-2 weeks for cash jobs; grant-funded work waits until OZEV confirms eligibility, and OZEV does not publish a timescale
